Assembly

ASSEMBLY MANUAL OF GUTTERS CL.A15:

INSTRUKCJA MONTAŻU KORYT KL.A15:

  1. Prepare a proper base (see the drawing).
  2. Mark the place of dewatering course by means of pegs hammered into the ground and a string stretched from one peg to the other.
  3. Dig out a hole in the ground of proper length, width and depth along the string.
  4. If need be gutters can be cut to proper length by means of a grinder with a concrete grinding disc.
  5. Lay the first duct in the prepared hole.
  6. Next sections of dewatering ducts should be grouted with anti-frost adhesive applied on the face wall of the duct and pressing it by next element being laid. Remove the adhesive excess to prevent it from blocking the permeability in the dewatering system.
  7. Troughs should be laid 3-5mm below the top-layer.
  8. The inspection of assembly correctness consists in inspecting the gutter rectilinearity and inspecting the joint tightness by conducting a water test.
  9. Finished elements are cased by pavers, concrete, asphalt etc.
NOTE!
The producer shall not be liable for elements damaged as a result of incorrect assembly and improper operation.

ASSEMBLY MANUAL OF HEAVYGUTTERS (CL.B125, C250, D400, E600):

  1. Prepare a proper base (see the drawing).
  2. Mark the place of dewatering course by means of pegs hammered into the ground and a string stretched from one peg to the other.
  3. Dig out a hole enlarging it by 30cm at width (B) and by 20cm at depth (D).
  4. Prepare concrete class B 30.
  5. If need be gutters can be cut to proper length by means of a grinder with a concrete grinding disc.
  6. Lay the first duct in the prepared hole on the previously prepared concrete.
  7. Lay next sections of dewatering ducts evenly as there is no possibility of correcting the arrangement once the concrete dries out.
  8. Grout with anti-frost adhesive or cement-sand mortar by applying the grout or mortar on the face wall of the duct and pressing it by next element being laid. Remove the adhesive excess to prevent it from blocking the permeability in the dewatering system.
  9. Troughs should be laid 3-5mm below the top-layer.
  10. The inspection of assembly correctness consists in inspecting the gutter rectilinearity and inspecting the joint tightness by conducting a water test.
NOTE!
The guarantee does not cover elements damaged as a result of incorrect assembly and improper operation.

The system does not require any maintenance work, what it needs is just a periodic inspection of its permeability and for this purpose ducts should be cleaned.

A detailed description of proper building-in into the top-layer is attached to each product

ASSEMBLY MANUAL OF PLASTIC LINEAR DEWATERING UNITS:

  1. Prepare a proper base.
  2. Mark the place of dewatering course by means of pegs hammered into the ground and a string stretched from one peg to the other.
  3. Dig out a hole enlarging it by 20cm at width and by 20cm at depth.
  4. Prepare concrete class C35/45.
  5. If need be gutters can be cut to proper length by means of a hand saw.
  6. During the concrete pouring gutter must have their covers assembled!
  7. Lay the first duct in the prepared hole on the previously prepared concrete.
  8. Next elements of dewatering system are to be splined.
